Suhani Bhatnagar, known for her role as young Babita Phogat in the acclaimed movie “Dangal,” tragically passed away at the age of 19. She had been battling a prolonged illness and was admitted to a hospital in Delhi.

The exact cause of her death remains undisclosed, and her last rites are scheduled to take place at the Ajronda crematorium in Sector 15, Faridabad.

Reports suggest that Suhani Bhatnagar suffered an accident resulting in a fractured leg, for which she took painkillers. Unfortunately, these medications led to severe side effects, complicating her health further.

In “Dangal,” Suhani portrayed the younger version of Babita Kumari Phogat, showcasing the early struggles and journey of the character in wrestling under the guidance of her father, Mahavir Singh Phogat.

The film received widespread acclaim for its inspiring narrative and performances, with Suhani’s portrayal earning praise as well.

Following her role in “Dangal,” Suhani took a break from the film industry to focus on her studies, with plans to resume her career afterwards. She remained active on social media platforms, sharing updates about her life and engaging with fans.
