According to the latest reports, Munmun Dutta and Raj Anadkat, who star in “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah,” are said to be engaged.
Reportedly, Munmun Dutta, renowned for her portrayal of Babita ji in the popular sitcom “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah,” is engaged to Raj Anadkat. Raj, who previously portrayed the character Tipendra Tapu Jethalal Gada, also known as Tapu, exited the sitcom in December 2022.
The 36-year-old Munmun and the 27-year-old Raj exchanged rings in a discreet ceremony earlier this month, attended by their family members, according to reports.
A source close to the actors revealed this: “The engagement occurred recently, just a few days ago. Allegedly, they exchanged rings in Vadodara, Gujarat. Munmun and Raj’s families have embraced their relationship, and they were both in attendance at the ceremony.

Neither Munmun nor Raj have officially confirmed their engagement at this time. There is no information available regarding when the actors may decide to get married to each other. Reports about their relationship first emerged in 2021, following which both individuals issued firm statements on social media urging everyone not to speculate about their personal lives.

Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, commonly abbreviated as TMKOC, made its debut on July 28, 2008, marking it as the longest-running daily sitcom. Created by Asit Kumarr Modi and produced under the banner of Neela Film Productions Private Limited, the show has aired more than 4,000 episodes.
