Plot

Season 2 opens with Rani, the Chief Minister of Bihar, being imprisoned on suspicion of her husband’s murder. Season 3 may begin with Rani choosing to take revenge after being released from prison. Subhash Kapoor is the creator of the Hindi drama series Maharani, which premieres in 2021.
Based on a fictitious tale, the political drama centres on Rani Bharti, a homemaker and the spouse of Bheema, the chief minister of Bihar. Her husband’s resignation from the CM position changed her life, bringing her into contact with the political sphere. Before that, her only concerns were her home and her spouse.
